“Why does AM operate as a social enterprise not a charity?”

We would like to create a sustainable platform that motivates staff to continue contributing to the development of a better service. As such, we need to generate some profits in order to maintain the website and Arab Millennial’s social media presence. Whilst we have charitable values underpinning the organisation, AM’s structure resembles that of a typical company. Henceforth, the most transparent way to describe this set up is by describing it as a “social enterprise”.
